We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Manager who is ready to roll up their sleeves and help bring marketing strategies to life. This is not a strategy-setting role—but it’s a critical partner in turning strategy into results. You’ll drive the operational execution of marketing programs that support growth, retention, and go-to-market efforts for our Tier 1 and Tier 2 customer accounts. 

This is a high-visibility, high-impact position with opportunities to contribute across digital, retail, and channel marketing programs. The ideal candidate is part problem solver, part process owner, and all about execution—with strong marketing experience and a drive to continuously improve. 

How you will help:

  • Partner with Marketing, Account Directors, and cross-functional teams to operationalize marketing and subscriber strategies. 
  • Own the executional roadmap for growth and retention programs, from planning through delivery and postmortem analysis. 
  • Be the go-to expert for marketing operations processes—supporting internal workflows, submissions, tools, and reporting. 
  • Develop, manage, and improve digital and retail/channel marketing initiatives. 
  • Provide clear feedback on program performance: what worked, what didn’t, and what to change next time. 
  • Help implement new tools and technologies that enhance our communication and marketing effectiveness. 
  • Support customer evaluations for new ventures or partner opportunities, including go-to-market readiness. 
  • Identify inefficiencies and continuously recommend improvements to enhance speed, accuracy, and scalability. 

Who we have in mind:

  • 5+ years in marketing operations or similar executional marketing roles. 
  • Hands-on experience with digital and/or retail campaign execution (not design). 
  • Proficiency in campaign reporting and working with modern analytics tools. 
  • Expert-level Excel or Google Sheets skills (formulas, analysis, reporting). 
  • Experience building and executing growth-focused marketing programs. 
  • Comfortable owning administrative and project-level responsibilities—this is a hands-on role. 
  • Strong communicator with a mindset for ownership and follow-through. 

It would be great if you had:

  • Experience in telecom, broadband, mobile, or digital communications industries. 
  • Familiarity with growth marketing or subscriber acquisition strategies. 
  • Project management experience (certification not required). 
  • Exposure to Lean/Six Sigma or similar operational excellence methodologies. 
  • Growth Marketing GTM Strategies and Tactics  
  • The ability to craft powerful presentations that tell a story and make the necessary point on that topic.
